The Haws 3511FR uses a freeze-resistant valve assembly to provide year-round operation. Fully-engineered pneumatic valve assembly is one of the best in freeze-resistant technologies. The "hi-lo" barrier-free design of the 3511FR allows the antique-style pedestal to be placed securely in multiple locations without taking up excess space, all while providing for twice the users as regular drinking fountains. Equipped with numerous vandal-resistant components, this fountain is not easily disrupted, quickly discouraging the worst of vandals.

Model 3511FR Hi-Lo ADA antique style pedestal drinking fountain shall include a heavy-duty cast aluminum pedestal with a black powder-coated finish, dual 18 gauge Type 304 Stainless Steel satin finish basins with integral swirl design, polished chrome-plated brass push-buttons, polished chrome-plated brass vandal-resistant bubbler heads, chrome-plated brass vandal-resistant waste strainer, integral mounting plate, and 1-1/2" O.D. tailpiece.
