The Haws 3060FR uses a freeze-resistant valve assembly to provide year round operation. Fully engineered pneumatic valve assembly is one of the best in freeze-resistant technologies. The 3060FR allows the circular pedestal to be placed securely in multiple locations without taking up excess space. Equipped with vandal resistant components, this fountain is not easily disrupted, quickly discouraging the worst of vandals.

Model 3060FR freeze-resistant circular concrete pedestal drinking fountain shall include a polished stainless steel basin, polished chrome-plated push-button, polished chrome-plated brass vandal-resistant bubbler head protected by a hood extension, polished chrome-plated brass vandal-resistant waste strainer, Portland Gray exposed aggregate concrete finish with wire reinforcement, integral mounting feet, vandal-resistant stainless steel access plate, and 1-1/4" O.D. tailpiece.
