This is a genuine factory Elkay 98466C Solenoid Valve Replacement for Water Fountain and either activates or deactivates the flow of water to the bubbler head. This Elkay solenoid valve replacement includes an internal cartridge regulator and is also used on the Halsey Taylor HTV8 water fountain.

• The Elkay EZ drinking fountain and Halsey Taylor HTV water fountain that end with a "C" or "D" or have a serial number that is higher than 0807xxxxx.
