Installation and Conversion Manual

This is a genuine factory Elkay 1000004572 Solenoid Valve and Regular Kit, which is responsible for adjusting the height of the water stream, as well as turning it on and off, and is used on the water cooler portion of an Elkay EZ drinking fountain and EZ water fountain with bottle filler. This kit includes the Elkay 1000004305 solenoid valve, which has a 1/4" inlet and outlet connection.

Important Note: This solenoid and cartridge kit has replaced the Elkay 98466C combined solenoid and regulator. For installation instructions on how to convert from the 98466C to the 1000004572, please see the Installation and Conversion Manual listed above. Pages 2 through 7 will provide step by step instructions.

This company is the best! They truly care about their customers and walk you through the process if your unsure why something is wrong. We tore these apart and my father figured out it was two solenoids needing replaced - They had them in stock super easy to put together - Full directions also came with each one - hardest part was taking the fountains apart. They now work perfect - we had one water fountain not working, a bottle filler that was fine, and the pressure out of another one that was so low you could not even drink it. Thank you. These worked perfect and we are not back up and running!
