Crystal Mountain SUB-C300001 Storm Faucet Levers STFM2KHK1C

So I’ve had this Crystal Mountain Water Cooler replaced a few times till I got smart enough and just ordered the new handles. Much cheaper and it was simple enough to install myself.

Great product, better than OEM. Quickly fixed our drippy dispenser. A twin pin plastic access tool would have been good to have but the Youtube video and a pair of small drill bits did the job of opening the top of the water cooler.

Great parts, improved from the original. I have replaced my broken cold water handles on the cooler in our office. I usually buy them a couple at a time. I was a bit annoyed that they are only available in pairs now, but I now see that it's because they are a much better part, and they probably want you to replace both.

The original part was cheap and broke in about a year. When the new piece arrived it was easy to put in, but you do have to pay attention to tube placement. You'll see. The first time I used it you could feel the difference immediately. No more dripping at all. Never spoke with anyone at the company but they sent that part out fast and all is good.

The original hot water faucet lever broke on my Crystal Mountain water dispenser, ordered the faucet lever kit with both hot and cold levers. Received a stronger, more improved lever design in the kit which is sure to outlast the life of my dispenser.

Great water cooler. Easy to refill water bottles. After a year the cold water side started leaking and eventually stopped working. I opened up the top and found that the cold water lever snapped broken and need to replace it. Finding an online retailer for parts is awesome!

WORKED GREAT! My old levers broke off and these are a definite upgrade. These are thicker and more solid handles than the factory levers. Easy to install if you're mechanically inclined. I almost bought a new water cooler but replaced the handles and it's like new again!
