Pittsburg Water Coolers Service is unparalleled. After finding this part I called their 1-800 number to confirm that this specific part would work for my model. The operator was very informative and told me that this piece is known to break on my type of water cooler. I was never placed on hold, like most 1-800 numbers. After ordering I received my part within a week! Great service, all around. I would highly recommend Pittsburg Water Cooler.

Our Crystal Mountain Storm Water Dispenser was leaking water from the top out the back, I looked for videos to help solve the problem but found none. I found the manual, started looking through the different parts online and eventually found this part listed, I purchased it, got it sooner than expected. Installed it and our problem is solved. Recommend turning off the heating switch to allow the water in the tank to cool for an hour or so before draining to get the part installed.

No more leaks

I was very skeptical that this device would stop the water leak on my water cooler that has been leaking for over 2 years. I had no idea where the water was leaking from, and I was just about to buy a whole new dispenser when I called the company and they told me this was the part that I needed. Once installed on the hot water side I haven't had leak in 2 weeks. This is amazing, thank you very much and this part really does work.

Good as New

My Crystal Mountain water dispenser was not only leaking but the hot water was coming out with small white moldy floating masses, yuck. The new hot water valve came quickly and was well packed. It even came with a new red water tight seal. Two screws was all it took to undo and replace the nasty old valve and viola, no more leaking and clean hot water.
