Excellent customer service. Order arrived on time. Problem was not fixed but I’m still looking the issue. Next order is going to be the hot water tank. Hopefully that will fix the issue I have with the water cooler.

My cooler began to leak, took the top off and found the center of this piece was broken. The replacement worked great. No glue, no tape. Just pushed it on and it worked!

Exactly what I needed

My water cooler was leaking and this is the only place that had a replacement part. It came with the new house will hopefully last long and at reasonable price. For the price of shipping I wish it could have been delivered sooner, but overall great.

Our Crystal Mountain Storm Water Dispenser was leaking water from the top out the back, I looked for videos to help solve the problem but found none. I found the manual, started looking through the different parts online and eventually found this part listed, I purchased it, got it sooner than expected. Installed it and our problem is solved. Recommend turning off the heating switch to allow the water in the tank to cool for an hour or so before draining to get the part installed.

No more leaks

I was very skeptical that this device would stop the water leak on my water cooler that has been leaking for over 2 years. I had no idea where the water was leaking from, and I was just about to buy a whole new dispenser when I called the company and they told me this was the part that I needed. Once installed on the hot water side I haven't had leak in 2 weeks. This is amazing, thank you very much and this part really does work.

Fast service and great packaging

Fast shipping and the part was packaged very well. I am not really a fix it guy but I decided to open the machine and see what was wrong. I noticed water squirting out of this part and figured that must be the problem. Part ordered, part installed, all better. :)

Fixed my cooler

Good as New

My Crystal Mountain water dispenser was not only leaking but the hot water was coming out with small white moldy floating masses, yuck. The new hot water valve came quickly and was well packed. It even came with a new red water tight seal. Two screws was all it took to undo and replace the nasty old valve and viola, no more leaking and clean hot water.

Item arrived on-time and I couldn’t be happier. The leaking hot water issue was fixed and by the way, this item includes also the orange gasket that seals the steam valve when you seat it back into the pipe that connects to the hot water reservoir.
