The faucet was a perfect it. I love it. At first I was intimidated by the process of replacing the old faucet but it was a simple screw on screw off process. Also, kudos to the guys at Pittsburghwatercooler.com. I didn't know what I needed. I took a photo and sent it to them. They knew which faucet I needed. Thank you to all!

We ordered 2 of the cold faucets for our cooler, and both arrived early and in perfect condition! One thing that I think could improve this product would be if it came with assembly instructions. We couldn't find an online manual for our cooler, and we didn't want to break yet another cool faucet, so it took our warehouse manager much longer to replace the part than if we had a manual. Other than that, this product and customer service from Pittsburgh Water Cooler was fantastic!

Amazing Replacement Just Works

My Clover cold water spigot broke and I thought I was going to have to buy a new unit as I couldn't find a replacement. Stumbled across this site and found it. Arrived promptly and easy to install. Just screw the old one off and screw the new one on. Works perfectly thanks for saving me $$$ by not having to buy a new unit.
