The Elkay and Halsey Taylor Regulator Housing - 50986C is a cartridge / regulator housing that contains two 1/4" John Guest type quick connect fittings. This cartridge / regulator housing does not contain the ring that will hold the cartridge / regulator in place. A coarse thread retaining ring is required.

The retaining ring that is used with this housing is the Elkay and Halsey Taylor Cartridge / Regulator Retaining Nut - 15005C
